Reverend And The Makers comeback has been given a hefty push in the right direction with Noel Gallagher, 45, praising their new tunes as their best yet.
Top single The Wrestler is out this week ahead of the album @Reverend_Makers dropping on Monday.
Singer Jon McClure, 30, told me: "For Noel to have our back, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks – it's like the Godfather behind you.
"He said we were amazing. To have people who we have looked up to when we first started making music recognise you, that's better than selling millions of records. We're in the best place we've ever been."
